A variety of demonstrations, workshops and live music, not to mention the Right Honourable Rhodri Morgan officially unveiling the locomotive at 2pm, willl aptly demonstrate that Erwood Station Craft Centre truly is a Centre of Excellence. The last 25 years has seen us support over hundreds of artists in a variety of exhibitions.

At Oxfam Bookfest, readers join in to celebrate their love of books at events in Oxfam shops, libraries, community centres and other venues around the UK, featuring a host of authors and celebrities. Taking part in Oxfam Bookfest 2009 were Poet Laureate Carol Anne Duffy, Ian Rankin, Alexander McCall Smith, Mark Haddon, Kate Atkinson, Vikram Seth, Joanna Trollope, Anne Fine, Jonathan Coe, Marina Lewycka, Michael Faber and Nicholas Shakespeare, among many others. Names for this year's Bookfest will be announced in spring 2010.

A spectacular festival attracting over 80,000 visitors every year. With re-enactment displays, entertainment, funfair and one of the biggest festival food & drink marquees in Wales. Over 50 Welsh producers gather to sell their delicious cakes, wine, liquers, sweets, chocolate, cheese, pickles and much more. With a grand fireworks display on Friday 23rd July to open the event and the main event taking place Saturday and Sunday.

Brecon Beacons National Park Authority Volunteers Rob Knowles and Anne Pritchard will be leading this annual walk again. This 161km (98 mile), linear eight day guided walk along the Beacons Way, crosses the entire width of Brecon Beacons National Park, from Holy Mountain in the east to Bethlehem in the west.
